American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) Region 343 serves all communities in Western Weber County, Utah. Including, Hooper, Kanesville, West Haven, Taylor, West Weber, Plain City, Marriott, Slaterville, Farrwest and Harrisville. Most of the community lies within the Fremont High School boundaries. However, because of the exceptional level of play in our region many from outside the community also choose to play in our region. We offer all players the opportunity to enjoy the best of youth sports programs. AYSO standard play offers every child the opportunity for success in a positive environment. We also offer our competetive Summer All-Star program which puts the best of our region's players in a chance to compete with teams from throughout the Area, Section and Nation. Everyone Plays, Open Registration, Balanced Teams, Positive Coaching and Good Sprtsmanship are the five philosophies that have made AYSO the most well known and recognized youth sports program in the United States.

	Everyone Plays

	Our program’s goal is for kids to play soccer—so we mandate that every player on every team must play at least half of every game.

»	Balanced Teams

	Each year we form new teams as evenly balanced as possible—because it is fair and more fun when teams of equal ability play.

»	Open Registration

	Our program is open to all children between 4 and 19 years of age who want to register and play soccer. Interest and enthusiasm are the only criteria for playing.

»	Positive Coaching

	Encouragement of player effort provides for greater enjoyment by the players and ultimately leads to better-skilled and better-motivated players.

»	Good Sportsmanship

	We strive to create a positive environment based on mutual respect rather than a win-at-all-costs attitude, and our program is designed to instill good sportsmanship in every facet of AYSO.
